CPR in Mona Vale runs at Mona Vale Bowling Club, 1598 Pittwater Rd, Mona Vale NSW 2103.

You learn what to do when someone stops breathing or their heart stops. It is a short, hands-on classroom course built around the techniques the Australian Resuscitation Council recommends.
It is for anyone who needs a current CPR certificate. That includes workers whose job needs their CPR kept up to date each year, fitness and aquatic staff, parents and carers, and members of the public.
A quick language check is part of enrolment. You'll need enough English to read, write and understand the course. After booking, you'll complete a short language, literacy, numeracy and digital (LLND) check in your student account. You need to pass it to do the course. Not sure? Try a practice check first. If you don't pass, you get a full refund minus the $30 administration fee.Try a practice check
