What this course covers

This course is for people with no hospitality experience who want to feel confident and prepared for a trial shift in a restaurant, café or other hospitality venue.

It is Stage 1 of Edway's restaurant service training. Stage 2, Professional Restaurant Service Skills Stage 2 Practical – In Person, is the one-day practical class at Darlinghurst, where you practise every skill hands-on. You can do the two stages in either order.

Edway Training (RTO 91401) issues your Certificate of Completion when you finish the practical class.

You work through online lessons and knowledge checks at your own pace, on a computer or other device. There is no class to attend and no set date.
