First, check who ran your course
You only need to do this once. Your booking email tells you which login to use.
Check the booking confirmation email we sent you when you booked. The training organisation that ran your course is named in that email.
Search your inbox for the course name, or for the words booking confirmation. Check your junk mail folder too.
Deleted it, or never got one? Contact Student Support and we’ll help you work out the next step.
Then log in with that organisation
Choose the name you saw in your email.

Training Aid Australia

Edway Training (RTO 91401) and Training Aid Australia (RTO 91411) are two separate registered training organisations. Each one runs its own login and issues its own certificates.
