Specialised training for workers doing short-term, low-impact roadside work in Victoria. You must hold a current White Card before you attend.
Issued by Edway Training (RTO 91401)

Learn to work around live traffic on short-term, low-impact jobs where a site-specific risk assessment allows a simplified Traffic Guidance Scheme.
This course is for pothole repairs, vegetation trimming, minor maintenance, utility inspections and similar quick jobs across one or more locations.
A quick language check is part of enrolment. You'll need enough English to read, write and understand the course. After booking, you'll complete a short language, literacy, numeracy and digital (LLND) check in your student account. You need to pass it to do the course. Not sure? Try a practice check first. If you don't pass, you get a full refund minus the $30 administration fee.Try a practice check
A current White Card. If you finished your White Card training less than 60 days ago and your card hasn't arrived yet, bring your Statement of Attainment instead.
Photo ID. Bring one valid photo ID. Your certificate is withheld without it.
Enough English. You need enough English to take part without an interpreter.

Certificate of Completion — for this specialised training. It is not a Traffic Controller, Traffic Management Implementer or Traffic Management Designer qualification, and no nationally recognised unit or Statement of Attainment is issued.
Emailed to you when you finish, and always available to download from your student account.
STLI covers you for the quick roadside jobs in Victoria — pothole repairs, vegetation trimming, minor maintenance and utility inspections — the work that's short and low-impact enough to be done without a full traffic control setup.
