The training you need before you handle food
This is the food safety training for anyone who handles food at work — or the plates, cutlery and surfaces it touches.
It meets the national food safety training requirement for food handlers. That rule has applied to category 1 and 2 food businesses since 8 December 2023.
Need to be your business's appointed Food Safety Supervisor? That is the FSS Level 2 course, not this one.
