Why book all your team's training with one provider?
Booking White Card, first aid, RSA and other tickets for your staff? Four reasons to keep your team's training with one provider, onsite or at our venues.

The short answer
If you book training for a team, keep it with one registered provider. Your staff's tickets sit in one place, renewals are simpler to plan, and you deal with the same trainers each time.
Edway runs short courses for construction, hospitality and first aid, from the White Card to First Aid and the RSA. We can also bring the training to your workplace. Here are four reasons to ‘pick and stick’ with a quality trainer.
Short courses Australia-wide from one provider
Enlist one registered provider to take care of all your training needs. Many training organisations offer industry tickets in Sydney and other major cities, so why use just one?
Because one provider covers the whole team. Edway's courses run in a classroom, over Zoom or self-paced online, depending on the course and the state. Onsite group training is available for any Edway course, in any state, so your whole team can train together at your workplace.
Edway lists courses from two RTOs (registered training organisations), and each course page shows which one issues the certificate before you book. First aid is issued by Training Aid Australia (RTO 91411). The White Card in NSW is issued by Training Aid Australia, and in the other states by Edway Training (RTO 91401). The RSA is issued by Edway Training.
Keep your team's tickets current
Many workplace tickets need refreshing from time to time. Workplaces usually treat first aid as current for 3 years and CPR as current for 12 months. A White Card lapses after 2 years out of the construction industry.
Take the stress out of keeping your staff's training up to date by having it all under one provider. You know where every course was done, and booking the next round is the same simple process each time. Read how long a first aid certificate lasts to plan your refreshers.
Plan the next course as your team grows
For many businesses, training is ongoing. It helps you meet your legal obligations, and it gives your team more confidence in their abilities.
Construction tickets build on each other. The White Card comes first, and working at heights, asbestos, excavator and traffic control training follow for the tasks your team takes on. See which tickets construction work needs to map out the next step for each worker.
A team of trainers you can trust
Build a strong relationship with a registered training provider. You get to know the trainers and understand exactly what to expect.
Our trainers are easy to understand, easy to talk to and know the skills actually needed in the workplace. Classroom and Zoom courses are led by a trainer in real time, so your staff can ask questions as they go.
It's just plain easier
One provider means one booking process for every course your staff need. It also helps when one course builds on another. Traffic control training asks for the White Card Statement of Attainment before the course, and if your worker did their White Card with Edway, it is already on file.
When the whole team needs the same course, onsite training is the simplest option. The trainer comes to your workplace, and your staff train together in the setting where they work. Read how Edway short courses run to compare onsite, classroom and online training.
We pride ourselves on developing relationships with the companies we work with and making the training process as simple as possible.
Next step
Give your staff the qualifications they need to get the job done. For onsite training, send an enquiry with the course, your location and the number of staff. To book individual places, start with the White Card course page, or go to First Aid or RSA. The price is on each course page.
