Required Information


Please review the list of required documents below. In some cases, additional information may be requested to complete the review process.


  1. Resume – Showing a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction/Demolition

  2. Job Description – Outline of your responsibilities and tasks

  3. Training Records – Proof of completed training relevant to your role

  4. Qualifications and Certifications – Including your White Card and any other relevant licenses

  5. Employment History – List of primary roles held over the past two years, along with a description of your responsibilities in each

  6. Reference(s) –  Minimum of 3 written references

  7. Safety Meeting Participation – Documentation of any safety meetings you have attended

  8. Toolbox Meeting Participation – Signed documentation minimum 3

  9. SWMS – Minimum 3 signed SWMS’s


Once all documents are submitted and reviewed, and if they meet the requirements, you will be asked to complete a knowledge test consisting of seven questions.

Course requirements

Digital Access


To successfully complete the course, please ensure you have the following:
  • A computer, laptop, or tablet with a compatible operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Catalina)

  • Reliable internet access with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps

  • A modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript enabled


After completing online booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the online portal.

LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy)


It is a requirement that all students must have basic English reading, writing, and understanding skills. Interpreters are not allowed for most courses.

From 1/7/25, all students must complete a basic LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) test before enrolment. This ensures you can understand the course content and get the right support during training.

All students enrolling in an Edway Training course are required to complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) skills assessment as part of their student profile. This ensures they have the necessary skills to perform basic calculations, and to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, enabling them to successfully participate in the training and assessment process.

USI (Unique Student Identifier)


From 1 January 2015, every student who undertakes nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Australia is required to have a USI.

STATEMENT OF ATTAINMENT CANNOT BE ISSUED

if a participant fails to produce a valid USI number.

USI can be obtained via www.usi.gov.au
