Job Description – Outline of your responsibilities and tasks
Training Records – Proof of completed training relevant to your role
Qualifications and Certifications – Including your White Card and any other relevant licenses
Employment History – List of primary roles held over the past two years, along with a description of your responsibilities in each
Reference(s) – Minimum of 3 written references
Safety Meeting Participation – Documentation of any safety meetings you have attended
Toolbox Meeting Participation – Signed documentation minimum 3
SWMS – Minimum 3 signed SWMS’s
Once all documents are submitted and reviewed, and if they meet the requirements, you will be asked to complete a knowledge test consisting of seven questions.
